The Key Account Manager for Sunstate Equipment is responsible for acquiring new high-volume accounts while building and maintaining long-term professional relationships with existing customers. By cultivating strategic partnerships, you will increase Sunstate’s market share and grow our customer base. This role has centralized purchasing and decision-making abilities when it comes to where customers and prospective customers footprints are within the local, regional, or national markets. You will work collaboratively with branch staff to ensure customer needs are effectively met on a timely schedule, and you’ll play a key role in the deliverance of our exceptional customer service.
Requirements
Preferred Qualities/Experience:
- Must have three years of previous sales experience, with a general knowledge of construction equipment
- Must be able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment: remain calm and efficient
- High quality control. Respect your work and make it known.
- Intermediate competency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM programs
- Be an efficient and effective communicator and hold yourself to the Sunstate standard of excellence.
