Our client, a respected nonprofit organization in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking an enthusiastic Junior Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team. Position Overview:

The Junior Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our client's mission to foster diversity and inclusion within the business community. Working closely with the marketing team and leadership, you'll assist in developing and executing strategies to grow the organization's network, enhance member engagement, and build lasting relationships with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in member recruitment and retention efforts
  • Support the creation and execution of marketing and branding strategies
  • Help manage communications and social media content
  • Contribute to event planning and marketing
  • Assist in providing excellent customer service to members
  • Support data analysis and reporting on marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and basic marketing tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a nonprofit setting
  • Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in business
