IT Application Developer: This is where you come in.

We are seeking an IT Application Developer to design and develop functional programs and applications that drive business processes and strategic initiatives. The IT Application Developer reports to Lily Roberts, IT Product Manager, and is an integral part of a collaborative team driving diverse projects and initiatives to support our expanding business. This high-profile role involves frequent interaction with team members across all levels and functions within the organization.

Your Background: What kind of person will thrive in this role?

You should have…

• Front-End Expertise: Proficiency in technologies and frameworks such as Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, WebForms, Windows Forms, and Console Applications.
• Back-End Expertise: Experience with MVC, ASP.NET, SQL databases (including replication), and familiarity with NoSQL databases and Python (preferred).
• Cloud Platform Knowledge: Working knowledge of Azure and AWS platforms.
• Security Best Practices: Experience ensuring applications comply with industry-standard security protocols.
• UI/UX Familiarity: Understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices; experience with wire-framing is a plus.
• Quality Assurance: Competence in writing test cases and conducting QA testing to ensure application quality.
• Agile Frameworks: Familiarity with agile methodologies, including Scrum and/or Kanban.
• ETL Initiatives: Ability to assist in Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes for seamless data transfer between systems.

Benefits

Compensation: $78,000 - $100,000 Annually
