We are looking to hire an INVESTMENTS ASSOCIATE who will perform research, valuation, and analysis of potential investments for the company. This position reports to the Senior Director of Investments.  Come make your mark as an integral part of Bridge33 Capital!

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with senior members of the Investments team to underwrite, finance, and execute Commercial Real Estate acquisitions
• Build and manage detailed financial models in Microsoft Excel and Argus
• Review and prepare market, economic, and demographic research, including conducting calls with local brokers and creating market assumptions
• Participate in onsite due diligence and conduct tenant interviews
• Create investment committee memorandums and requests for financing
• Assist senior members in actively managing transactions from initial screening through closing, including assisting with due diligence, structuring, financing, partnerships, and closing
• Prepare for and participate in meetings with senior members of the team
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree required and 3-5 years of relevant work experience in finance, commercial real estate acquisitions, or development
• Unquestionable integrity and strong work ethic
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and proactive environment
• Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling capabilities required and exposure to Argus preferred, but not required
• Exceptional written, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Thrives in a highly collegial team-oriented environment
• Demonstrated can-do attitude and a strong sense of urgency
• Genuine enthusiasm and curiosity for commercial real estate as an investment class
• Ability to travel on occasion

The annual base salary range for this role is $70,000-$130,000 and the role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
