Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting for an Integration Specialist II (Expeditor) in Richland, WA.

This position will support Navarro-ATL. Navarro-ATL is located in Richland, WA, and operates, manages, and maintains the 222-S Laboratory Complex for the Department of Energy. The Navarro-ATL members are Navarro Research and Engineering, Inc. (Oak Ridge, TN), and Advanced Technologies and Laboratories International (Gaithersburg, MD).
Supports Work Week Manager (WWM) with integration of the 4-Week Window Rolling Schedule and to ensure work packages are ready to work and be placed on the daily and weekly work schedules with input provided by WWM. The Expeditor is also responsible for coordinating with Operations, Maintenance, and various other groups and other Hanford Contractors to ensure resources are utilized to maximum productivity and efficiency. The Expeditor supports Managers, Field Work Supervisors and SOMs as the Overtime Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Obtaining and reviewing work documents to ensure documents are current (e.g., Radiological Work Permits [RWPs], permits, procedures) and ready for work
- Delivering work packages to the FWS or Shift Operations Manager (SOM) prior to scheduling (e.g., pre-work review, Lockout/Tagout [LOTO] preparation)
- Verifying material status
- Assisting with work package closeout process
- Performing other administrative tasks as directed
- Providing work package control for ready-to-work packages
- May act as a delegate for WWM
- Attend various weekly meetings as part of the work week window process
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in related field and 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, software

Annual Salary Range (based on full-time 40 hours per week)
Grade 16: $86,138 - $108,513
In accordance with the Navarro Research and Engineering, Inc (Navarro) salary determination process, Navarro takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities and the candidate’s education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market.
