Home Health Aide

CTTX Health is currently hiring Home Health Aides to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personal care services to patients in their homes, under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse. Your main responsibilities will include assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, as well as assisting with meal preparation and medication reminders. Additionally, you will provide companionship and emotional support to patients, helping to improve their overall well-being.

Requirements

Requirements: - High school diploma or GED equivalent - Home Health Aide certification - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team - Basic knowledge of personal care techniques and practices - Compassionate and empathetic demeanor - Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting and transferring patients - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Prior experience as a Home Health Aide is preferred. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
