Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for leaders for high-priority, business-critical leadership roles globally.
2. Demonstrate measured judgment and demonstrate our Core Values and Leadership principles in daily work.
3. Lead client update meetings on active searches, coach leaders on their role in the panel, calibrate candidate profiles and execute a structured interview process.
4. Build partnerships directly with senior leadership in order to find the perfect fit to close open technical positions across the global organization.
5. Serve as an advisor and partner with internal stakeholders across a number of HR functions including HR Leadership, TA/TA Leadership, Performance & Incentives, Organisational Culture, and HR Operations.
Requirements
1. 5+ years of technical recruitment experience ideally with exposure to consumer technology or internet industries. This experience could be from an in-house or combination of in-house or search recruiting backgrounds.
2. 2+ years experience hiring technical and product leaders, and building a systematic leadership recruitment process focused on delivering a high-touch candidate experience
3. Track record of delivering recruitment results in a dynamic, growth, and global environment.
4. Excellent communication skills and the capacity to create positive relationships with our leaders and become a trusted and valued advisor.
5. Excellent cross-border, multi-cultural awareness ideally from exposure to a similar global recruitment role.
6. Bilingual in Mandarin and English is prefered.
