This is a Monday-Friday hourly position; pay is $50,000 annually. Location is in Poulsbo, WA, NO REMOTE OPTION

We are looking for a skilled and experienced full charge bookkeeper to join our exciting fast-paced, growing manufacturing company.


-  Manage and enter daily A/R collection, tracking and weekly reporting process.

- Manage and enter daily Accounts Payable ensuring timing and compliance with vendors and external entities.

- Work with operations to verify accuracy of Purchase Orders and Purchase Requests.

- Create and manage monthly journal entries, reclassifications, and intercompany transactions.

- Perform key functions and support in preparation for payroll every two weeks.

- Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, key balance sheet items, and petty cash.

- Perform a monthly review of transactions in preparation for Pre-Close Trial Balance.

- Prepare and submit monthly B&O Excise tax reporting.

- Assist Director of Finance on financial related projects, audits, and reconciliations.

-Updating and adapting QuickBooks reporting, tables, and Chart of Accounts as needed.

- All other duties as assigned.



- 3 to 5 years of relevant bookkeeping experience.  Manufacturing experience a plus.

-3 to 5 years minimum of demonstrated QuickBooks experience.  QB Online a plus.

- 3 to 5 years minimum of demonstrated MS Office experience with a concentration in Excel.

-Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP.

- Experience with ERP systems and proprietary software.  Integration experience a plus.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills geared towards building relationships with vendors, customers, and colleagues.

- Possess a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and

-Proven ability to enter large sets of data into systems.

- Proficient in English.


- AA in Accounting and/or accredited Bookkeeping Certifications.

-QuickBooks NACPB Certification.

-Verifiable experience in ERP systems and proprietary online software.  Integration experience in  a support or project leader role  a plus.

-Verifiable experience in performing all above functions in a multi-entity environment.
