Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight
• Perform pre-flight safety checks and briefings
• Serve meals and beverages in a courteous and efficient manner
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking
• Respond to passengers' inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Provide first aid assistance and handle emergencies as necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cabin area

Requirements

• No prior experience is required; training will be provided
• Fluency in English and at least one other language is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
