Reporting to the Controller, the Financial Analyst will join a team at the fastest growing private commuter provider on the West Coast! We are looking for a Financial Analyst o conduct data analysis to improve our operations. Your job will help us increase efficiency and reduce costs. In this role, you should have an analytical mind and a strong business acumen. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. Your goal will be to help our operations run as smoothly as possible.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Create processes and methods to gather operational and financial data
- Maintain, update, and improve data systems and recurring reports
- Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements
- Collaborating with team members to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Track KPIs and report on operation’s performance
- Responding to data-related inquiries and resolving accuracy and integrity
- Build and maintain dashboard reporting for key stakeholders

Requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
· Experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting
· Working knowledge of MS Office
· Analytical mind with business acumen
· Problem-solving aptitude
· Attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills
· Outstanding organizational ability
· BS/BA in Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field
Benefits
Salary range: $80k-$115k DOE
