We are currently looking for a Financial Advisor to join our office in Lynnwood, WA.
This position reports to the Partners of Wayfinding Financial and responsibilities include:
- Serve as the lead Advisor to maintain and support our existing client relationships
- Assist the firm with investment analysis and estate planning
- Help mitigate clients concerns surrounding tax concerns, charitable and estate planning, and ancillary services
- Identify and document each client’s unique goals and objectives
- Evaluate, implement, and manage investment solutions to meet client goals and objectives
- Conduct quarterly client meetings to review and present investment results, evaluate new opportunities, and adjust client objectives
- Manage existing referral relationships to source new clients
- Become involved in key community events, organizations, and/or boards that will help foster awareness of the firm and relationships that will lead to new business
- Track all business development activity through the firm’s CRM system
Benefits:

- The Salary Range for this position is $85,000 to $105.000
Requirements
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Completion of professional and/or financial services accreditation(s) (i.e. CFP, AAMS, AEP, WMS, CPA, CRPC)
- Series 65 (or the willingness to test within three months of hire)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an advisory role
- Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated, an affinity towards a self-starting work environment
