Full Job Description
We are currently seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner with a minimum of 1 year of experience in one or more of the following: Allscripts Enterprise EHR, Electronic Medical Record (EMR), or NextGen Ambulatory EHR. The ideal candidate will possess a valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) license/certification in the state of Washington (WA).
Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
- Conducting physical examinations and interpreting medical history
- Diagnosing and treating common acute and chronic illnesses
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
- Developing and implementing treatment plans
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of patient care
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems
Requirements
- Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) license/certification in Washington (WA)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with Allscripts Enterprise EHR, Electronic Medical Record (EMR), or NextGen Ambulatory EHR
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
