Family Medicine Internal Medicine Medical Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced physician to join our team as a Family Medicine and Internal Medicine Medical Director. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and a strong commitment to excellence in medical education.

Responsibilities:

• Provide medical leadership and direction to the Family Medicine and Internal Medicine residency programs
• Develop and implement educational curricula for residents
• Oversee the clinical training of residents
• Evaluate residents' performance and provide feedback
• Serve as a mentor and advisor to residents
• Participate in research and scholarly activities
• Collaborate with other medical directors and department chairs

Qualifications:

• MD degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in Family Medicine and Internal Medicine
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical practice
• Experience in medical education
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary is based on experience and work hours.
