Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am-5pm + ability to respond to on-call emergencies as needed and participate in on-call rotation schedule

Requirements:
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our property management team and provide exceptional maintenance support for two apartment communities, Waterford (200 units) and Hanager 128 (223 units), locatedin Everett, WA. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to showcase their expertise across multiple properties and ensure our residents enjoy a well-maintained and comfortable living environment. The position involves performing repairs and maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, as well as addressing work orders, conducting preventative maintenance to ensure the property remains in excellent condition. The Maintenance Technician will also assist with apartment turnovers, maintain the grounds and common areas, and respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.

Requirements
To thrive in this role:
1+ years prior experience as a Maintenance Technician on a multi-family apartment community of 100+ units
Experience in building upkeep and assisting with landscaping work
Experience and knowledge of paint/drywall, minor electrical troubleshooting, plumbing, HVAC and appliance repairs
Must possess knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment and measuring devices
Superior customer service, attention to detail, and time management skills
Dynamic self-starter who enjoys working with others and excels in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Ability to respond to on-call emergencies as needed and participate in on-call rotation schedule
Ability to lift and carry up to 60lbs unassisted
