DIRECTOR OF NURSING: HOME HEALTH INFUSION COMPANY
STATEN ISLAND, NEW YORK 

• Permanent, Full-Time Position, On-Site
• Monday-Friday Schedule, Day Shift. No weekends or Holidays!
• GREAT PAY ($125,000 - $145,000 salary)
• Benefits on DAY 1 of Employment
• Staten Island, NY

*MUST HAVE HOME HEALTH EXPERIENCE AND HAVE SOUND UNDERSTANDING OF NY HOME HEALTH INFUSION REGULATIONS IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.*
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance to staff and clinical managers relating to all aspects of patient care including assisting with assessments, planning, and evaluation of patients.
• Hiring, onboarding, evaluating, training and mentoring staff including performing performance appraisals and taking disciplinary action when necessary. 
• Interpret operational indicators to detect census changes and the impact on staffing needs.
• Assists in the development of agency goals and evaluation of agency performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent education and experience
• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license
• 5+ years of management experience
• 3+ years of home health, home infusion or related organization
