Debt Finance Associate Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking a talented midlevel associate attorney to join a thriving Business and Tax practice group. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work on sophisticated debt finance transactions and other complex matters in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in debt finance transactions, including one or more of the following areas:

• Syndicated credit facilities.
• Acquisition financings.
• Dividend recapitalizations.
• Asset-based loans.

Familiarity with secured loan documentation and Article 9 of the UCC is required.
