We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Customer-Facing Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our enterprise customers, ensuring their needs are met and their projects are delivered successfully. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, and Internal Project Managers, to align customer requirements with Gable’s roadmap and capabilities. If you thrive on building relationships, solving complex problems, and delivering exceptional results, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison for enterprise customers, managing communication and fostering strong relationships.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with customers to document project requirements, use cases, and success criteria.
  • Timeline Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, communicating timelines, milestones, and progress clearly.
  • Roadmap Alignment: Work with Product Managers and Engineers to prioritize customer needs and translate them into roadmap items.
  • RACI Development: Define roles, responsibilities, and deliverables for each project.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and address risks and issues, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Status Reporting: Provide regular project updates to customers and internal teams, highlighting key decisions and progress.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure alignment between customer-facing initiatives and internal priorities.
  • Feedback Loop: Collect customer feedback to inform product development and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on customer-facing roles. Experience working with enterprise customers in the technology or SaaS space is highly desirable.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development processes or data platforms is essential. Prior experience as a software engineer or product manager is a plus. Knowledge of data is a significant advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Customer Focus: A passion for understanding customer needs and delivering value.
