Salesfolks is hiring on behalf of our client, a global leader in innovative HVAC control systems, to find a Territory Sales Manager for the Seattle area. This is a dynamic role focused on driving sales growth, building relationships with contractors, and delivering exceptional hands-on support for commercial HVAC projects.
As a key player in the Pacific Northwest, you’ll manage a territory that covers Seattle (90% of business) and Portland (10% of business). What You’ll Do:
Sales and Business Development
- Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with HVAC contractors, control distributors, consulting engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow market share within the assigned territory.
- Educate clients on our client’s cutting-edge HVAC controls and product lines through presentations and meetings.
Project Management
- Track HVAC projects, influence specifications, and develop strategies to win bids.
- Work closely with customers during product start-ups, providing coaching and support through implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, proposing viable solutions to meet client needs.
Customer Engagement
- Conduct hands-on training and technical presentations to showcase product capabilities.
- Organize factory tours and demonstrations for key clients.
- Use CRM tools to log activities, track opportunities, and maintain clear communication with the internal team.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical field (preferred), or 3–5 years of HVAC industry experience.
- Familiarity with mechanical and control HVAC contractors and ecosystems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to convey complex concepts effectively.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for sales and service calls.

- Compensation: $175,000 OTE, including a $75,000 base salary, $92,800 in sales commissions, and a $7,200 annual car allowance. Flexibility for top-tier candidates.
