Salesfolks is hiring on behalf of our client, a global leader in innovative HVAC control systems, to find a Territory Sales Manager for the Seattle area. This is a dynamic role focused on driving sales growth, building relationships with contractors, and delivering exceptional hands-on support for commercial HVAC projects.

As a key player in the Pacific Northwest, you’ll manage a territory that covers Seattle (90% of business) and Portland (10% of business). With a competitive compensation package and opportunities for growth, this position is perfect for an ambitious sales professional looking to make a significant impact in a competitive market.

What You’ll Do:

Sales and Business Development

  • Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with HVAC contractors, control distributors, consulting engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow market share within the assigned territory.
  • Educate clients on our client’s cutting-edge HVAC controls and product lines through presentations and meetings.

Project Management

  • Track HVAC projects, influence specifications, and develop strategies to win bids.
  • Work closely with customers during product start-ups, providing coaching and support through implementation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, proposing viable solutions to meet client needs.

Customer Engagement

  • Conduct hands-on training and technical presentations to showcase product capabilities.
  • Organize factory tours and demonstrations for key clients.
  • Use CRM tools to log activities, track opportunities, and maintain clear communication with the internal team.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical field (preferred), or 3–5 years of HVAC industry experience.
  • Familiarity with mechanical and control HVAC contractors and ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to convey complex concepts effectively.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for sales and service calls.
