Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess, monitor, and document patient status and progress.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes promptly.
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and patients' families to develop and implement a comprehensive care plan.
- Educate patients and their families about cardiac conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Cardiac Progressive Care (CPCU).
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
