Busser

Valle Dorado - a 15,000 sq. ft. Restaurant & Brewery is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Bussers! In this essential role, you will support our front-of-house operations by ensuring that the dining area is clean, organized, and well-stocked, creating a pleasant atmosphere for our guests. As a Busser, you will assist servers by clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently, refilling drinks, and providing support wherever needed. Your efforts will help maintain our high standards of service and contribute to the overall guest experience. Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables after guests finish their meals, ensuring a tidy dining area.
• Reset tables for the next customers in a timely manner.
• Assist servers by providing support during busy service times, including refilling beverages and delivering food.
• Ensure that dining and service areas are clean and well-stocked with necessary items.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest needs as they arise.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a busser or similar role in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive demeanor.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment as needed.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
