As a Broker, you will be responsible for marketing property listings, assisting clients in buying and selling properties, and providing guidance based on clients' needs and financial abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Market property listings and attract potential buyers
• Assist clients in buying and selling properties, ensuring the right price and terms
• Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in real estate
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales or customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills
• Knowledge of local real estate market is a plus
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must be 18 years or older
