As a Brand Specialist, you will step into the exciting world of branding with Schilling Cider! We're seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and highly organized individual to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and enhancing our brand identities by managing assets, collaborating with teams, and ensuring consistent messaging across platforms. JOB FUNCTIONS
Brand Asset Management:
- Serve as the Digital Asset Manager, maintaining, updating, and organizing brand assets.
- Ensure all new product copy, tone, voice, packaging copy, and assets are created, updated, and distributed across team resources.
- Maintain the organization, creation, and flow of brand assets cross-departmentally.
Brand Execution Support:
- Assist in minor design projects as needed.
- Assist in photoshoot planning including mood boards, shot list and day-of execution.
- Help maintain Schilling’s digital presence across e-retailers and distributor sites to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Work closely with the brand team to understand and showcase the brand’s tone and voice in short-form copywriting.
Collaboration and Organization:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain cohesive messaging.
- Be SUPER organized, ensuring deadlines and project timelines are consistently met.
Requirements
Experience
- 1-2 years of Professional In-house Branding/Marketing or Agency experience is required
- Proficient in Adobe Create Suite is a must
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formatting and using basic formulas.
- Experience in CPG a plus

- Must be located in WA or OR
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 with a booster shot completed

Benefits
- Starting salary $65,000-$70,000 depending on experience and qualifications
