Requirements

Associate Project Accountant: This is where you come in. 

We’re looking for an Associate Project Accountant to maintain proper budgetary documentation for MMFS projects and assist Project Accountants and Contract Coordinators with general day-to-day tasks as well. They should be able to understand change orders, payroll documentation, and invoice documentation. This person also collaborates with suppliers and vendors to ensure accurate financial information. • Assist coworkers with the flow of documents 

• Collect outstanding invoices 

• Process transfers 

• Process new jobs and change orders 

• Process sub invoices 

The Associate Project Accountant role reports to Aleksandr Borishkevich/ Project Accounting Manager on a collaborative team working on a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This highly visible role interacts with all levels and functions within the organization. 

Your Background: What kind of person will thrive in this role?

• A track record of delivering accurate financial documents 

• Expertise leveraging GAAPs and other accounting programs 

• A 2–4-year degree in accounting or similar work experience

Benefits

Compensation: $25-$33 per hour
