Valais/Wallis Promotion is looking for a motivated and organized Assistant Project Manager / Operations Coordinator to join our team in a remote capacity from the US. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the smooth operation of various projects that promote the unique offerings of the Valais and Wallis regions. You will assist the Project Manager in coordinating tasks, scheduling meetings, and ensuring that all project milestones are met on time. Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning and overseeing project execution.
  • Coordinate schedules, resources, and communication among project teams.

  • Organize and maintain project documentation and reports.
  • Identify any potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Support operational processes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in project coordination or operations, ideally in a remote working environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project).
  • Detail-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Must operate with 2+ years savings / checkings banking account.
