Requirements
Account Executive: This is where you come in.
We’re seeking a Building Controls Account Executive to represent MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions (MMFS) in the Tri-Cities and South-Central Washington areas. In this role, you will showcase the full capabilities of MacDonald-Miller, with a specific focus on selling Building Control systems to owners, as well as to architects, consultants, and construction contractors in various commercial new construction plan & spec markets.
Initially, you will be responsible for project managing the work you secure. As a Building Controls Account Executive, you will also be entrusted with making key decisions regarding project budgets, scope, and overall strategy, ensuring a thorough understanding of both the mechanical and control systems involved.

Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and construction contractors.
- Develop and manage project budgets and scopes.
- Oversee and facilitate project management needs from start to finish.
- Create, present, and execute compelling proposals and estimates.
- Analyze project financials and develop strategic plans for success.
- Represent MMFS by leading projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate across MMFS teams to ensure optimal execution of our full range of services.
- Foster positive working relationships both internally and externally.
- Protect, maintain, and expand our customer base.
The Account Executive role reports to George Pfeiffer, Director of Building Controls, and is part of a collaborative team working on a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This high-visibility position interacts with all levels and functions across the organization.

Benefits
Compensation: Base salary of $90,000 annually, plus commissions and vehicle compensation.
