Requirements

Account Executive: This is where you come in. 

We’re looking for an Account Executive who will engage new B2B customers in Seattle. You will identify, sell, and negotiate HVAC service maintenance contracts by assessing customers’ current cost of operations and then preparing and presenting customized sales proposals on how our services might reduce their costs. You should also be able to negotiate contract renewal increases or changes, form in-depth partnerships with customers to anticipate their needs, and promote and sell other services MacDonald-Miller offers if they would suit the customer’s needs.  In return for hard work and achieving aggressive goals, you’ll get rewarded with more to own, a ton of growth opportunities, and more freedom than you’ve probably ever had.

The Account Executive role reports to Shannon Force - Business Development Manager on a collaborative team working on a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This highly visible role interacts with all levels and functions within the organization.

  • Prior experience in selling services (for example, maintenance work) rather than products is preferred

Benefits

Compensation: Base salary of $70k, plus commissions, and vehicle compensation.
