Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's renewable energy program strategy
• Lead the development and implementation of renewable energy projects
• Manage and optimize the company's portfolio of renewable energy programs
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to the team and senior management
• Maintain industry knowledge and stay updated on renewable energy trends and policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, Business, or a related field

• Proven experience in leading renewable energy programs or projects
• Deep understanding of renewable energy technologies and industry trends
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
• Ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in the renewable energy industry in Virginia or a similar region is preferred
