Role Name: VP of Delivery
Location: 1 week onsite (expenses reimbursed by the company), then remote
Job Description
We seek a dynamic and experienced Senior Technical Delivery Leader to join our team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in leading large-scale technology programs, driving innovation, and delivering impactful business outcomes.
Candidates must have:
- A strong technical background.
- A minimum of 1 year of fintech experience.
- Previous experience in lead roles is mandatory.
Requirements
- Lead and mentor cross-functional global technology teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
- Engage deeply with technologists across various stacks to ensure the successful design and implementation of complex technical solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors.
- Lead change management efforts during large-scale technology implementations, effectively managing risks and dependencies.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience leading technology teams and programs of varying sizes, from agile projects to large-scale transformations.
- Strong technical background with the ability to engage with technologists at a deep level
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering measurable business value through technology.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications in project management or cloud technologies are a plus.
