Full Job Description

Commonwealth Dentistry is currently hiring for the position of Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our patients receive the best treatment experience possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Interview and engage with patients to understand their dental care needs and goals
  • Explain and educate patients on treatment procedures and options
  • Assist patients in scheduling appointments and coordinating treatment plans
  • Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with insurance claims and billing processes
  • Provide financial guidance and support to patients, discussing payment options and making necessary arrangements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless and efficient patient care

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Treatment Coordinator or similar role in a dental setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and treatment procedures
  • Proficiency in dental software and electronic health records systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service-oriented mindset and ability to handle patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Team player with the ability to work effectively with colleagues
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
