Commonwealth Dentistry is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Treatment Coordinator to join our team of dental professionals. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients receive the treatment they need, while also providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with patients to understand their dental concerns and treatment goals
- Explain dental procedures and treatment plans to patients, addressing any questions or concerns
- Coordinate appointments and scheduling of treatments based on patient preferences and availability
- Verify insurance coverage and submit claims on behalf of patients
- Educate patients on financial options and assist with payment arrangements
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
