(U//FOUO) The Desktop portion of the CMT Tool Suite consists of one main software product, CMT-Agency Automated Classification Guide (CMT-AACG), and several software integration components: CMT-ClipBoard, CMT-Domino, CMT-Office, CMT-Outlook, CMT-OWA, CMT-SharePoint, and CMT-Validate Markings (VM). CMT-AACG is a graphical user interface (GUI) that allows users to apply classification and control markings to documents. CMT-AACG uses .NET desktop technology in order to provide enhanced application security and maintain compatibility with emerging technologies. CMT-AACG also contains macros that integrate this classification functionality into Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). CMT-Outlook and CMT-OWA are separate products that integrate CMT-AACG or CMT-DHTML with

Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Web Applications, respectively. CMT provides sample code to developers to assist with their integration of CMT-AACG into any desktop application capable of utilizing the Component Object Model (COM) protocol.

Requirements

U) The Contractor shall ensure, for the duration of the contract, that contractor personnel assigned to work under this contract maintain institutional knowledge and competency level necessary for all required skills, to include demonstrated on-the-job experience.

(U) The Contractor Team shall possess and provide the following required skills and demonstrated experience:

· Strong experience and expertise in providing program management documentation

· Experience in creating system engineering documentation

· Expertise in multiple programming and testing languages (e.g. Lotus Notes, Java-Script, JAVA, C, C++, .Net, HTML, and XML)

· Experience in managing and developing desktop and web software

· Strong experience in CLOUD development

· Strong experience using Windows or Unix

· Critical thinking and strong analytic skills that quickly resolve complex issues

· Strong experience with Office, emails, and web development

· Planning, coordinating, tracking, and executing multiple simultaneous tasks with competing priorities

· Strong capability in transforming policy into requirements

· Strong experience with development on multiple security domains (Unclassified, Secret, etc.)

· Strong experience with DevOps

· Strong experience and expertise with automated testing tools

DESIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE

(U) Other skills and demonstrated knowledge that are highly desired but not required to perform the work, include:

· Strong experience and expertise with Sponsor’s financial systems

· Experience in managing and developing classification marking tools/software

· Experience in the Sponsor’s standard operational environment, including desktop, servers, and peripherals

· Strong background in deployment and delivery for the Sponsor and Sponsor’s Partners

· Strong experience in classification markings with Microsoft Office products, emails, and web
