Supply Chain Manager

ARCpoint Labs is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team. As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations within our organization. The ideal candidate has a strong background in supply chain management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving efficiency and cost savings.

In this role, you will collaborate with various internal teams, including procurement, logistics, and operations, to develop and execute supply chain strategies that meet our business objectives. You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, forecasting demand, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of supplies. Additionally, you will work closely with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts, establish pricing agreements, and maintain strong relationships.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain best practices and continuous improvement methodologies. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as you will be responsible for identifying and resolving supply chain-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize operations
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels
• Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods to ensure timely delivery
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers and vendors
• Identify and manage risks within the supply chain
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance
• Implement process improvements to drive efficiency and cost savings
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
