McColm issues this call for a Senior Speciality Trainer in support of the Global Peace Operations Initiative Capacity Building Assistance in Uganda.
**This position is contingent upon contract award.**
Requirements
The Senior Specialty Trainer shall be the Team Lead’s principal trainer for other conducting specialized contract training requirements. The Senior Specialty Trainer shall have a minimum of 10 years of technical experience which includes a relevant blend of military skills, experience, knowledge, and current certifications that will enable that individual to successfully train specific task performance objectives.
- Minimum of ten (10) years military or civilian experience which includes quantifiable experience designing digital maps using geospatial data and analysis of spatial and non-spatial information.
- Demonstrated experience as a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Specialist.
- (Preferred)Experience as a trainer to a foreign security partner, military or civilian.
- (Preferred) Experience working in Sub-Saharan Africa.
