  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies.
  • Review and approve service quotes and invoices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service.

  • Supervise the quality of work, ensuring performance standards are maintained.
  • Conduct follow-up satisfaction calls and address any negative feedback.
  • Drive customer sales by recommending necessary work based on inspections.
  • Provide technical advice, estimated repairs, costs, and expected completion times.
  • Ensure timely and profitable service job completion (internal & external).
  • Personally update customers on potential delays and provide ongoing updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications with customers, vendors, and associates.
  • Work closely with parts, sales, and rental departments for support and collaboration.
  • Maintain all required logs, registrations, and licenses for vehicles and equipment.
  • Conduct annual employee reviews.
  • Participate in company events, team-building activities, and off-site training.

Operational Efficiency and Development:

  • Apply experience and judgment to interpret and implement senior management directives.
  • Drive ongoing training and retention programs for technicians.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
  • Ensure optimal reliability and safety of company assets while controlling costs.
  • Provide weekly service activity updates to the VP of Product Support, including potential issues.
  • Advise management on recommended improvements.
  • Communicate job status, progress, and activity updates to sales, rental, and management.
