- Conduct follow-up satisfaction calls and address any negative feedback.
- Drive customer sales by recommending necessary work based on inspections.
- Provide technical advice, estimated repairs, costs, and expected completion times.
- Ensure timely and profitable service job completion (internal & external).
- Personally update customers on potential delays and provide ongoing updates.
- Maintain accurate records of communications with customers, vendors, and associates.
- Work closely with parts, sales, and rental departments for support and collaboration.
- Maintain all required logs, registrations, and licenses for vehicles and equipment.
- Conduct annual employee reviews.
- Participate in company events, team-building activities, and off-site training.
Operational Efficiency and Development:
- Apply experience and judgment to interpret and implement senior management directives.
- Drive ongoing training and retention programs for technicians.
- Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
- Ensure optimal reliability and safety of company assets while controlling costs.
- Provide weekly service activity updates to the VP of Product Support, including potential issues.
- Advise management on recommended improvements.
- Communicate job status, progress, and activity updates to sales, rental, and management.
