Senior Program Manager (15.05)
OCT Consulting, LLC is an SBA-certified, 8(a) small business management and technology consulting firm that provides support to Federal Government clients. We provide consulting services in the areas of Strategy, Process Improvement, Change Management, Program and Project Management, Acquisition/Procurement, and Information Technology.
OCT is currently looking for a Senior Program Manager. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Provide expert program support to multiple senior-leadership decision-making councils and working groups at the CISA, DHS, and White House level.
• Provide the planning, direction, coordination, and control necessary to accomplish all SOW requirements
• Develop a proposed post award conference agenda to key government customer stakeholder(s)
• Assist with the creation of and oversee a Project Management Plan (PMP), a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) throughout the program's entire Period of Performance (PoP)

- Must be able to obtain and retain a Public Trust clearance.
Qualifications
• Five (5) to ten (10) years experience federal program and policy management services, policy and strategy analysis, knowledge management, and correspondence and task management
• Masters Degree in Political Science, Public Policy or another related domain
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other similar project management certification

Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000, commensurate with experience
