**THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**
Responsibilities:
- Write and develop policy.
- Conduct intensive research.
- Technical writing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and four (4) years’ experience in international affairs and/or national security policy. Ten (10) years of applied security assistance experience while serving in a uniformed member of the armed forces or a US Government employee is acceptable in lieu of a degree.
- Must be knowledgeable of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) process.
- Experience writing and developing policy, capable of intensive research that results in technical writing, knowledge of security assistance policies and laws that govern export controls and technology transfer is required.
- Active Secret clearance is required.
