Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies and processes for indirect materials and services
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts and pricing terms
• Manage supplier relationships and perform supplier performance evaluations
• Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute sourcing strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Monitor inventory levels, track delivery schedules, and resolve any procurement-related issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the machinery industry
• Strong knowledge of procurement principles, regulations, and best practices
• Proven track record of successful supplier management and negotiations
• Proficient in using procurement software and MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
