RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Implementation Specialist supports the onboarding efforts for Common App new member colleges and universities. This person offers technical expertise and acts as a designated subject matter expert on all services within the Common App product suite and Implementation process. The Senior Implementation Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of new members, assisting with on-boarding, training, configuration of school-specific requirements, sharing industry trends, and other pertinent information and support. The Senior Implementation Special serves as a project/process leader within the Implementation team.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
This role requires:
- Candidates must live in the United States.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Business, Communications or similar field from a four-year college or university.
- 3-5 years of successful, progressive experience in management, communications, account management or customer service positions; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Progressive customer service, account management, or product implementation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and listening skills.
- Ability to break down and guide individuals through a complex process, articulate each step in a concise way, and effectively manage multiple milestones with a variety of members.
- Possess outstanding organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to successfully manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from senior management, staff, and member colleges and universities in a concise and positive manner.
- Be a quick learner in order to understand a variety of technology and membership platforms, membership support structure, implementation and ongoing membership processes, products and processes to educate schools.
- Ability to understand organizational structure, technology, products, and processes to educate both internal teams and member schools.
- Work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment while also being a strong individual contributor.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- Ability to learn and reteach new technology is a must for this position.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience with Salesforce, Acuity Scheduling, Google Suite, WebEx, Zoom and Liaison CAS software.
- Knowledge of Common App software or organization.
- Analytical ability.
- Experience in member relations or admissions/enrollment management.
- Professional experience or knowledge of higher education systems.
- Extensive project management experience
- A passion for higher education is a plus.
PAY RANGE
Target hiring salary range $75,000 - $82,981
