Senior Fleet Administrator

ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Fleet Administrator to join our team. As the Senior Fleet Administrator at ARETUM, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of our fleet of vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Manage GSA and Army owned fleet vehicles coordinating and scheduling logistical support to include, but not limited to, repairs, services and emission tests.
• Key custodian for all vehicles and fuel keys.
• Exchange old for new GSA vehicles at designated location.
• Utilize GCSS-Army to create and update work orders for all GSA vehicle maintenance.
• Performs on-site monthly dispatching for areas at Fort Belvoir, Davison Airfield, Fort Walker and APG, MD.
• Work with Post Maintenance and LRC researching and requesting parts from military or commercial supply systems.
• Coordinate/schedule load tests on load bearing and material handling equipment.
• Visit AOAP website and print a listing of current oil samples due. Verify listing for samples due and lab recommendations. Gather oil samples and mail collected samples to AOAP Lab located at Fort Liberty, North Carolina. Monitor AOAP site for recommendations. File results in designated equipment folders.
• Perform monthly Open Register, Utilization, Past Due Delinquent (AOAP), Federal Automotive Statistical Tool (F.A.S.T.), and monthly Fleet Reports.
• Routine verification of driver’s license status.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3 years of experience.
• •Strong Customer Service /Communication Skills
