Responsibilities
- Lead access management consulting projects, identifying client needs and delivering tailored solutions that enhance security protocols.
- Design and implement robust access control frameworks, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current access management systems and identify areas for optimization.
- Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops for clients on access management strategies and policies.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of access management solutions to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness.
- Stay informed of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to inform consulting practices and drive service innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
- 5+ years of experience in access management consulting or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Expertise in customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions, with hands-on experience in tools such as Okta, Ping, ForgeRock, Oracle Access Manager (OAM).
- Strong understanding of access control protocols including OAuth, SAML & OpenID.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on developing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage multiple engagements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in access management or cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are highly desirable.
