Senior Associate, Digital Advertising

PLUS Communications is seeking a creative and hard-working Senior Associate to join our fast-growing digital practice to help top-tier advocacy campaigns and organizations win, every day.

Your day in this position may include:

• Trafficking video, display, and search campaigns across a number of digital channels, ensuring error free set-up and optimized delivery for client projects.
• Managing performance for active campaigns, minding pacing, user reach, and campaign specific KPI performance.
• Collaborating with the broader digital advertising team on performance goals, campaign planning, and creative testing.

Requirements

  • Have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a meticulous attention to detail with the ability to deliver consistent, error-free ad implementation.
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Are able to hit tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests and projects.

• What we require:
  • At least 1 year of relevant digital advertising experience. Past agency experience is a plus!
  • Familiarity with some digital advertising platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, or DoubleClick Manager.
  • Proficiency in Excel with an understanding of basic formulas to deliver error-free, scalable work.
