**THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**

Responsibilities:

• Regional security issues.
• International security cooperation.
• Administering security cooperation activities with regional partners.
• Planning and implementing DoD security cooperation programs.
• Supporting international programs, foreign military sales or security cooperation programs.
• Conducting assessment, monitoring and evaluation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a financial management field, international affairs, political science, national security, or other field directly related to position requirements.  Master’s degree in a financial management field, political science, intelligence, foreign or international relations, national security studies, or other field directly related to the position requirements, and certification or advanced degree in monitoring and evaluation is highly preferred.

• At least 8 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Administering security cooperation activities with regional partners.
• Planning and implementing DoD SC programs.
• Supporting international programs, foreign military sales, or SC programs.
• Executing and supporting defense training and education activities.
• Executing and supporting strategic defense cooperation initiatives.
• Conducting assessment, monitoring, and evaluation activities.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in one or more of the following fields:

• Regional security issues or international SC.
• International security cooperation.
• Legislative, financial, and programmatic guidelines and policies that drive U.S. Government’s security cooperation efforts.

• Active Top-Secret Clearance with an in-scope, fully adjudicated SSBI AND SCI Eligible is required.
