Salesforce Architect

Quadrant 8 Technologies is looking for a Salesforce Architect to design and implement customized Salesforce solutions for our clients, work closely with our sales and consulting teams to understand their business requirements, and provide technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• The Salesforce Architect shall design and implement customized Salesforce solutions for our clients, working closely with our sales and consulting teams to understand their business requirements, and providing technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements and Salesforce solutions
• Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture, including data model, user interface, security model, and integration with external systems
• Lead the development of technical solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring best practices, scalability, and performance
• Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams on Salesforce development techniques, coding standards, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other business
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with Salesforce development standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to continuously improve and optimize Salesforce solutions
• Drive the evaluation and selection of Salesforce AppExchange products and third-party integrations to meet business needs
• Create technical documentation, including solution design documents, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications
• Prepares reports for team
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative

Requirements

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
• 7 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, designing and implementing enterprise level Salesforce solutions
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs
• Experience with integration technologies and patterns, such as REST and SOAP
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified System Architect (CSA) or Salesforce Certified Application Architect (CAA) preferred
• Keen attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
