The Legacy at North Augusta is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Assisted Living Program Manager to join our vibrant senior living community. This is not just any job; it's a chance to lead and inspire while making a profound impact on the lives of our cherished residents.
In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in directing and supervising the operations of our Assisted Living and Assisted Living Memory Care Program. Requirements
- LPN licensed required in the State of Virginia, RN license a plus
- Current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and, Adult First Aid from the American
Red Cross and/or American Heart Association - Must be considerate and respectful of the rights, dignity and sensitivities of aged and disabled persons
- Must be clean and well-groomed
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing as applicable to their
job responsibilities - Background check(s) consisting of a sworn statement or affirmation and criminal history check free
of barrier crimes - Minimum 3-5 years supervisory experience in long term care facility or assisted living facility
- Must possess strong written and oral communication skills; and ability to maintain confidentiality
residential information - Must be proficient with a computer to include utilizing an electronic health record (EHR) and
electronic medication administration record (eMAR) as well as Microsoft Office

Job Type: Exempt
Salary range: 70k-110k based on experience
