Full Job Description
As a Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive value from our services and ongoing support through various channels. Your ability to build relationships and understand client needs will be critical to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Actively engage with clients to understand their business goals and recommend solutions.
- Monitor client accounts and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to help businesses grow.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Prepare reports and presentations on client accounts and performance metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a relationship manager or similar role in the financial services or payments industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client inquiries and issues promptly.
- Experience in sales and account management preferred.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in using CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
