Relationship Manager

As a Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our partners, ensuring they receive value from our services and ongoing support through various channels. Your ability to build relationships and understand client needs will be critical to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Actively engage with clients to understand their business goals and recommend solutions.
• Monitor client accounts and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to help businesses grow.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
• Prepare reports and presentations on client accounts and performance metrics for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years in client relationship management, sales, or lead generation in SaaS, Fintech, or Payments industry.
• Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and convert leads using CRM tools (Monday, Salesforce, etc).
• Strong understanding of payment processing, financial services, or SaaS subscription models.
• Experience with outbound sales, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and consultative selling skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing KPIs, conversion metrics, and market trends.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer experience teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
