Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Rehab Director to join our team.

You will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the rehabilitation services provided the community, including Assisted Living, Assisted Living Memory Care, Long-Term care, Skilled Nursing, and Independent Living (Outpatient) neighborhoods. This position will oversee and direct all rehabilitation disciplines, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and any contracted rehabilitation services.

Requirements

  •       Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
  •       Current licensure in good standing in the state of practice
  •       Minimum of 5 years of progressive rehabilitation leadership experience, preferably in a CCRC or senior living setting
  •       Comprehensive knowledge of rehabilitation regulations, documentation requirements and reimbursement models
  •       Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities to motivate and develop a team
  •       Commitment to promoting quality of life and maximizing independence for senior residents
