Responsibilities

  • Input and maintain property listings on various platforms accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify property details to ensure accuracy of listings in compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with real estate agents to gather necessary property details and photographs for listings.
  • Update existing property listings with current status or changes in information as required.
  • Conduct periodic audits of listings to evaluate accuracy and make corrections when necessary.
  • Assist in generating reports on property listings and their performance metrics.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding property listings and provide support as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in real estate or administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and software, including MS Office Suite and real estate listing platforms.
