As a Project Manager at Maverc Technologies, you will join a dynamic team focused on multi-intelligence and multi-domain systems, with a strong understanding of object and activity-based models in the intelligence community. You will play a vital role in supporting national efforts to counter chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) threats. The initiative leverages Integrated Biosurveillance (IB) to achieve early detection and warning, contributing to situational awareness and enhancing decision-making during health-related incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, developing, testing, and documenting project deliverables.
- Apply business process improvement practices to modernize projects, refine acquisition processes/planning, and reengineer outdated methodologies.
- Support agency teams in setting and managing project milestones, goals, and deliverables.
- Bring a background in CBRNE and/or Biosurveillance, or experience in supporting related work.
- Stay informed on the latest AI systems, software architectures, and trends, including DevSecOps and system architecture patterns.
- Collaborate closely with clients and requirements owners to build out product lines and strategies.
- Develop project plans, roadmaps, and software design strategies; analyze and decompose activities and requirements into software designs that are allocated across systems components and sub-components.
- Capture, develop, and report reference architectures while documenting compliance with relevant standards.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Active Secret Security Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree with 7-10 years of experience, or Master’s degree with 5 years of experience.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies and tools.
- Strong understanding of modern software architectures such as microservices and front-end frameworks.
- Preferred experience with DevSecOps.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to proactively engage fellow CDAO members and DoD colleagues across multiple teams.
- Ability to synthesize requirements, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and facilitate engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines.
- Experience with Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Machine-assisted Analytic Rapid-repository system (MARS), Open Mission Systems bridge, and Open-Source Intelligence.
- Proven track record of active learning and creative problem-solving
