**THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**
Job Description: The Program Manager will serve as the single point of contact and coordinator for all support activities, requirements, and deliverables for the contract. Manage work schedules, be responsible for communicating with COR on issues, problems, or concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Advise the customer Director and Deputy Director/Chief of Staff.
- Provide project plans to achieve associated missions.
- Conduct engagements and outreach to inform key stakeholders and partners on current and future efforts.
- Support strategic development and execution and provide project planning and facilitate implementation of Government-approved projects.
- Participate in on-site meetings; prepare and present briefings on progress of work, prepare white papers and draft responses to related data calls as requested by the COR.
- Work closely with SMEs leading research projects to establish project technical reviews.
- Provide operational oversight, management and execution of Customer’s engagements through dedicated project managers to develop and execute engagements and activities with DoD, IA, Allies and Partners to include coordination and integration of the IWS into Joint training exercises.
- Provide detailed crosswalk accounting for specified tasks in the new mission statement.
- Provide strategic communication plan for department, interagency, partner/ally and public sector.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in National Security, International Relations, or Business required or 20+ years of in-depth field experience in the related field.
- 10 years of Program Management experience leading and supervising multi-disciplined teams in support of US Government (USG) international programs is required.
- 10 years’ special operations experience at the tactical and operational levels managing special operations is required.
- 4 years’ experience in at least two (2) of the following areas:
- Personnel Management
- Administration
- Logistics planning and management
- Program Management
- Protocol
- Public Affairs or political-military affairs.
- Active Top-Secret clearance required.
- Demonstrated knowledge on Irregular Warfare, Gray zone activities, functional understanding of the policy process and Washington, D.C. diplomatic and military organizations and cultures and the ability to interact with senior foreign representatives is required.
