Program Manager

At Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC), we are dedicated to providing innovative and effective solutions to our clients. We are now hiring a Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of projects and programs for our clients.

In this role, you will manage a highly technical network infrastructure and cyber workforce. You will be responsible for managing project budgets, resources, and schedules in order to achieve project goals and objectives. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. You will act as the overall lead, manager, administrator, and functional lead for the contracted effort. You will serve as a point of contact for the client or customer, brief leadership on program status and milestones, oversee contractor personnel program/project operations by developing procedures, planning, and directing execution of the technical and administrative support, and monitor and report progress. Additionally, responsibilities include budget and staff management for all program resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in DoD contract management, preferably in an IT and Cyber environment
• Proven ability to successfully manage and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Project Management certification is strongly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

REQUIRED CLEARANCE

• A DoD Secret security clearance is required to start.
• Applicant must be able to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance. Selected applicant may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
